  14. Greta (new spelling - one 't' since we saw a Greta Garbo poster last
  15. night) was about three months old when we received her (about three
  16. weeks ago).  I hadn't expected to be bringing home a pup, and I had
  17. given away Mia's hooves, so when she started chewing I grabbed some
  18. cotton rope and wound it up like a noose.  She gnawed on that quite
  19. a bit, so I tied it to her crate (she loves to pull on it) and made
  20. a much larger one with lots of loops for her to play with when she's
  21. not in her crate.

  23. I've since purchased some chew toys for her.  She doesn't go for the
  24. rubber ones (a ball and a tug), but she loves the hooves (although
  25. they make her smell - it's a treat before a bath) and rawhide sticks.
