- My two two-year-old male English Budgies (the Motorcycle Birds) twitch their
- wings sometimes when there are certain high-frequency sounds in the room. For
- example, flick a crystal glass or bowl, or a stainless steel bowl and they'll
- twitch their wings seemingly uncontrollably for longer than you can hear the
- resonant sound. It seems uncomfortable for them, so I try not to do that to
- them. I discovered this by accident.

- Perhaps your bird can hear some nagging sound that you can't. A high-pitched
- electronic sound might do that too --- the hum of an electric appliance, perhaps.
