  16. A friend of mine owns a bird shop.  He has a hand raised blue and gold
  17. which he has had in the shop for about 2.5 years.  Problem is, he is
  18. unwilling to sell "Baby Max" to someone who doesn't know what they are
  19. getting into (in other words, a bird person.)  He has turned down
  20. several offers because of this.

  22. The price he is asking is very low (it includes an appropriately large
  23. cage,) and he is definitely not going to make a profit (hence I feel ok
  24. posting this here,) in fact, I am quite certain he will be losing money.

  26. Max is a real sweetheart.  Tame, talking, and full of personality.  If
  27. I was home more, I would have already purchased!
