- It is self-censorship and censorship imposed by commercial sponsors. I
- have seen bare female breasts on commercial TV (e.g., a local station once
- showed "All that Jazz" uncut). PBS, not suffering from the sponsorship
- problem (as much), regularly shows full or partial nudity.
