- Every so often, someone asks if Mark Shreeve has released "Legion" on CD...
-
- Well this may be old news, but it is already out under the name of
- "Oracle". This CD contains contain renamed and remixed versions of all
- the tracks on "Legion" (for instance Sybex Factor is now Thunderdome and
- ICON is called Shadow Play (which, BTW was a joint effort with Chris
- Franke of old Tangerine Dream)). I was a bit disappointed in the differ-
- ences between the CD and the album. In my opinion, the album has a bit
- more OOMPH, if you know what I mean.
-
- Also, there are 3 versions of each song: The full length track, a 59 second
- track, and a 29 second track.
-
- Anyway, here are the details.

- If anyone finds a US distributor, please let me know. My brother got his
- CD on a trip to England.

-
- PS: This CD contains a pulsating rhythm with high pitched melody line,
- a bold futuristic theme, and some fast continuous powerful motion.
-
- ... at least according the bizarre comments in the liner notes following
- each track!
-
-
-
- PPS: Mark Shreeve also has a couple other CDs out.
-
-
-
- PPPS: If anyone knows of any other Shreeve-like musicians, please let me
- know. His music is a bit like stuff one can generate with SoundTracker
- on the Amiga (or PC, I guess).
