  24. I've heard that Santa Fe has the highest incidence of crystal and
  25. alternative healers but I bet Cambridge could win on sheer VARIETY of
  26. "alternative" religions and therapies. Seen recently:

  28. Shiatzu, Polarity Therapy, Bach Flowers, Crystals, Druids, Pagans,
  29. Witches, Zoroasto-whatisms, Gurdjeiff/Ouspensky school s(2 or 3
  30. flavors) Kundalini Hatha and Kripalu Yoga. Tai Chi and Rolfing,
  31. Zone therapy and Music therapy. Lots of Men's and Women's
  32. singing, drumming, inner-child-awakenings, and now Wild Women Rituals,
  33. Ancient Egyptians (I don't know WHAT they are advocating) vegetarian
  34. society, Macrobiotics, Wheat Grass therapy, Aromatherapy,
  35.   This is NOT counting any varieties of martial arts, any varieties 
  36. of new-age variants on Christianity, Judiaism, Hunduism, Siqhism (sp?)
  37. Taoism or Buddhism, or the Scientologists, Christian Scientists, or
  38. Science of Objectivismists, the Philosophical society or the
  39. Objectivists. And I won't mention the Ravers, the Cyberpunks or the
  40. Skinheads-for-Peace....
  41.    We've even recently aquired a huge flock of young Mormons with little
  42. black name tags...I assume they are missionaries amongst the pagans.
