- >>Well, I've been learning this one off a tape of Margaret Christl.
-
- Is she still recording? I have but two: the Folk Legacy disc with Ian Robb
- and her "Jockey to the Fair". Wouldn't mind more.
-
- I have those and two others: Live '83, a tape which is plagued by a
- horrendous pre-echo that makes it virtually unlistenable, and Looking
- Towards Home, which came out four or five years ago. Neither of them
- contains The Battle of Alma, so there must be more. I'd also be
- interested in knowing if there's anything more recent, and where to
- obtain it.
