  27.      Interesting question. I'm afraid we would never come to a conscensus
  28. on what "THE" definitive 25 would be. Here are a couple ways one might 
  29. select such a list:
  30. 1) Use the old survey technique...have everyone vote for their top 25.
  31. 2) Trust Dr. D. Doesn't he have an album entitled something like 'THE 
  32.    TOP DEMENTED TUNES OF ALL TIME'? Use his list.
  33. 3) Come up with categories like the Grammies (e.g. top demented Country and
  34.    Western tune, top demented Christmas tune, top demented song parody, etc.).
  35.    Appoint members to an "Acadamy of Dementia" who will make the nominees, 
  36.    etc.
  37. 4) Just ask me!
