- _American Record Guide_ attacked this question in a recent issue. You might
- try to find that article. They made several recommendations which I'm sure I
- can't remember clearly. I do remember that they praised Aschkenazy's
- performance of the third as their opinion of the best version available. (Solti
- conducting.) You can only buy this in the complete set of three, but that's
- not such a bad idea really. The performance of the second is also first rate.
