- That'll teach me to rush through the mail! Glad to see you mentioned the
- Tchaikovsky Orchestral Suites. This is music that is much too often
- overlooked. Apparently in earlier days, these suites were among the most
- popular of T's works. Nowadays, it's tough to find anyone who knows them
- and relatively infrequently be able to locate recordings.

- Mercury with Dorati and the New Philharmonia made a splendid release of
- these in the 70s. Hasn't made it to CD yet ... there's at lease one
- buyer with wallet poised ....!
