  23. That'll teach me to rush through the mail! Glad to see you mentioned the
  24. Tchaikovsky Orchestral Suites. This is music that is much too often
  25. overlooked. Apparently in earlier days, these suites were among the most
  26. popular of T's works. Nowadays, it's tough to find anyone who knows them
  27. and relatively infrequently be able to locate recordings.

  29. Mercury with Dorati and the New Philharmonia made a splendid release of
  30. these in the 70s. Hasn't made it to CD yet ... there's at lease one
  31. buyer with wallet poised ....!
