  33. Except for Number 2, I like all the symphonies from zero (nullte)
  34. through nine and the Te Deum.  And I don't dislike Symphony 2,
  35. especially when I heard it again after reading illuminating
  36. comments on it from netter Bertram Walsh.

  38. I agree with those who have recently praised the eighth, and
  39. I think the fourth (Isn't that the disparaged-on-the-net
  40. Romantic?) is particularly beautiful.
