- if it's Apollo 18, the tracks you are talking about are all collectivly
- called "Fingertips", and there are 20 of them. most of them are less
- than a minute or so. if you look at the listing on the back of the
- case, the listing goes:
- 16 Hypnotist Of Ladies
- 17 Fingertips
- 38 Space Suit

- they are intended to be separate tracks, and there is even a reference
- to them in the liner notes.
- "The indexing of this disc is designed to complement the Shuffle Mode of
- modern CD players."
- that way, when the player is jumping around randomly from track to
- track, you get a little snippet of an almost-song between the
- full-length songs.

- of course, if it's a different TMBG disc you are talking about, you
- prolly have a defective disc.
