- If they don't skip, don't "fix" them! :-)

- Seriously though, I find that denatured alcohol ( Methylated spirits)
- is one of the best ways to deal with scratches.

- use a cotton bud/Q-tip dipped in the stuff, and ONLY move it in a radial
- direction - never ever rub in a circular motion, even if you decide to
- use an abrasive.

- It takes a few minutes, but it doesn't add more scratches to the disk
- unles you push hard.

- Of course, if the scratch is on the label side, and it's gone through
- to the metalisation (Only a layer of laquer and the label ink on
- that side) then you may as well forget about fixing it.
