  25. I remember my ex-roomate had this game and there WAS a way to do the
  26. special moves. I think it was simply using the select/run/whatever (I don't
  27. remember exactly, but regardless, a button which was not I or II)
  28. I think if you had the pad forward you get a fireball, backward you get
  29. a hurricane kick, and offensive crouch for a dragon punch.
