  14.     I've read the FAQ file about the language switch and the 50/60 Hz 
  15.     conversion.  I still have a few questions:
  16.         1.  How can I make the (European) Megadrive work at 60 Hz 
  17.             (NTSC system)?
  18.         2.  What is the difference between the old and
  19.             new Megadrive regarding the jumpers JP1-JP4?
  20.             I've got the old version, pre-October 1991.

  22.     The reason I am asking these questions is that I want to play for
  23.     example the Genesis version of "Streets of Rage II" on my Megadrive.
  24.     This game has a built-in lockout; it won't run on my machine in the
  25.     50 Hz mode.
  26.     Every bit of information about this matter is welcome.
