- |\|o, no, I was talking about the existing rules to design ocean
- naval vessels up to 300 tons, not space naval vessels. Take a look
- at the design rules for ocean naval vessels. You make think it's
- silly that they can only go up to 300 tons, but then if you take a
- look at the engines you'll see that the largest ocean naval vessel
- you could design using those rules that could move AT ALL is 430
- tons ((430t x 1 MP) - 30 suspension factor = 400 rated engine).

- |ell you what. I've got TR 2750 plus Dropships and Jumpships.
- You get me the stats for some common modern ocean naval vessels and
- I'll see if I can massage the components from the existing published
- dropships (engine sizes, etc.) into something that would fit a few of
- them. Of course, once BattleSpace comes out they would no longer be
- valid (since the existing dropship designs are going to be able to
- fit the new rules), but what the heck. Or I could just post a list
- of existing space vessel sizes, speeds, and engine ratings/weights,
- and anyone who wants to could do it themselves. I think I'll do that
- anyway, with the first massaged design, if I can come up with anything.
