  12. The fleet_rome variant game "chocolat" on the EFF Judge needs ANOTHER
  13. Russia.  We posted saying we needed a Russia and some guy came along,
  14. signed on, send out a broadcast saying "I'm here, everything's okay," and
  15. then DIDN'T SUBMIT ORDERS.  So HE'S gone CD now and *you* can come in and
  16. play his turn.  Please do.

  18. Fleet_rome is for all intents and purposes identical with Standard at this
  19. stage of the game... all it means is that Italy started out with a fleet
  20. in Rome instead of an army.  At this point, you couldn't tell the
  21. difference, so don't worry about it being some weird variant.  Just come
  22. in, submit orders for Russia, and PARTY DOWN.  Please.  Six players are
  23. waiting for SOMEONE to submit orders for Russia, why don't _you_ do it? :)
