  12. Do the judges go down now and then to process moves?  I arrived at work
  13. today around 2 am, processed some commands, then tried to do some more and
  14. the EFF judge stopped replying.  A while later, the Washington judge did
  15. too.  Neither is replying now.  Are they down?
