  12. The game 'wasp' on the Washington judge, a standard game, needs a Russia
  13. player to come in and remove three units during the Winter 1903 phase...
  14. not the most enticing thing to have to do, but Russia is in CD, needs to
  15. remove three of five units, and then go on... Russia's clearly not doing
  16. too well as a result of losing three units (plus one which was destroyed
  17. as a result of having nowhere to retreat in Fall 1903), but it'd help move
  18. the game along and give you a warm feeling for helping the other six
  19. people out.
