  33. usual tactic of trying to divert attention away from the butchering of your

  36. What about it Sven--should an Iraqi be under the laws of Iraq while he or she
  37. is waiting to become a US citizen? If Saddam should make a law stating it is
  38. illegal to buy US cigarettes, and the Iraqi person does, should they be forever
  39. barred from entering their coutry again to, let's say, visit their family?

  41. And, if that law governing the Iraqi citizen is unjust in your eyes, how do you
  42. distinguish between that situation and what Bush has doen to Fischer?
