- A god advoacte tries to sway the judge and jury to his way of thinking. Until
- we have EITHER in this newsgroup, I see no reason to waste the effort.

- Gee, that's funny. The top litigators are often known as real bastards that no
- one wants to go up against. Assholes who reshape the law and make going up
- against them sheer agony for their opponents and their oppenent's clients.

- Junior high and high school tournaments. President of the HS chess team in
- ninth grade. VERY fond of computer chess games. (Hated it in college. Too many
- geeks with no social skills/lives. It was between playing aginst them of with
- the females...and tits are more fun than rooks.)
-
- If your 'legal' and 'factual' conclusions in the area of law are as skilled as
- your conclusions here, you should be on your eighth malpractice and fourth
- public reprimand hearings right about now...

-
- Sorry, FAR from a practical joke. More of a 'pulling at their chains'. And, I
- DO hope you stay in this debate. If you stop and think before you post, and
- possibly conssult with one or two of your partners/associates, you might make
- for good sport.

- Well, you HAVE shown a tendancy for very poor conclusions...
