- You play 1-round force with the garbage the West overcalled with?
- He then bid further after East's raise???
- West gets 2000% of the blame.

- This line will lose if there is a singleton honor
- with East since you have no more entries to dummy to repeat the finesse.
- I think the singleton honor is more likely than the KQx with West.
- So it comes down to whether you think it is more likely whether
- East has a singleton or doubleton spade. I believe it is the
- former (I am not sure). So I would play a low spade to the 10
- and finesse the J when I get in the lead with a heart again.
- This will lose whenever spades are split 2-2 with split honors.

- Partner would have played his highest honor on trick 1
- unless he had equal honors to the 9. If he had
- KQJ10, he would have had to play the 10.
-
- So, the only possible holding that will do you any good is
- QJ10. You will be able to establish a spade trick. But no
- 10 fell on the 9 therefore, he has no holding that will do you
- any good. You must abandon spades. Clubs seems like the best
- switch.
