  48. Unless East has 2 spades, declarer can take the heart finesse first and
  49. ruff the fourth heart for an entry to take the spade finesse.  Assuming
  50. that the heart finesse wins and that East has 1 spade, only the singleton
  51. queen of diamonds in West or 9 clubs in East can give a problem.  Even 
  52. if West has all 4 spades, the defense must play well to give problems.
