- The difference I was referring to was that, through cooperation and normal
- play, players can achieve the result of 'dealing for losses' whether it is
- allowed or not (the winner neglects to bring the appropriate pieces onto the
- board and the loser concedes). An agreement for a mutual cannot be achieved
- through normal play since it would rely on dice rolls and both players would
- have to try to kill each other during the same half-turn. Therefore, a
- special rule must be present for such an agreement to be made (unless all the
- other players allow it, but you can do just about anything in Titan if every-
- one allows it).
