- the latest news is (as many or all of you may have heard but not posted) that
- New York has allowed the stores to put lead-based figures back on the
- shelves, at least for the time being. for any of you from out of state
- that offered to circulate petitions in other areas, to which i may not
- have responded personally, i think we will at least wait until the next
- court battle, seeing as how things are going our way so far.

- one other thing: my apologies for some incorrect information i presented.
- Heartbreaker miniatures do contain lead. it appears i was misinformed.
