  14. For about a year now, I've run a newsletter, _The Wargame Collector's Journal_.
  15. It's now able to pay for itself, and I'd like to take the newsletter up to the 
  16. next phase.  This entails increasing its exposure, its quality, its size (from
  17. 8 to 20 pages or so), its content (more reviews on new games to compliment
  18. the collectibles) and, as a result, its cost.  I'm personally willing to put 
  19. up 60% of the cost of capitalization as I transform my company, Hexessential
  20. Publications, from a sole proprietorship into a Subchapter S corporation, but
  21. wouldn't mind spreading the risk a bit.

  23. As a result, I'm looking for investors in this venture, to be renamed _Paper
  24. Wars_.  I'm looking for folks interested in investing in increments of $500
  25. ($500, $1000, $1500, etc...).  Because there is some risk involved, I'm 
  26. offering an ROI of around 15% annually, or 50% within three years of 
  27. incorporation.

  29. If you keep track of wargaming's doings, most of you who read this will tend
  30. to agree that our hobby's flagship, _Fire & Movement_, just doesn't come close
  31. to what it once was in its glory days.  I think that _Paper Wars_ can step up
  32. to that mantle, and can do so on a sound financial footing.  If you agree with
  33. me and want to aid our hobby while (hopefully) turning a profit in the process,
