  32. Since the US has a large national debt, paying money into the general fund
  33. won't fatten anything, just reduce the debt slightly.
  34. For years the whole taxpayer base paid for the boating services portion of
  35. the CG budget.  Many of us boater and our parents got free tows, rescues etc.
  36. Why not pay back the taxpayers ?
