- Since the US has a large national debt, paying money into the general fund
- won't fatten anything, just reduce the debt slightly.
- For years the whole taxpayer base paid for the boating services portion of
- the CG budget. Many of us boater and our parents got free tows, rescues etc.
- Why not pay back the taxpayers ?
