- "Offshore Magazine" carries synopses of several C.G. stations' (N.E.) calls
- and activities. What comes through in those is yes, if the problem is out of
- fuel or mechanical failure in non-threatening weather, a commercial tower
- is called. I don't see any reason to see tax money spent on a publically-
- subsidized towing service. Many people now carry the equivalent of an AAA
- contract for their boats.
