  14. Most climbs (the more difficult ones) are on the outskirts of the valley
  15. The entire metro Phoenix area is skirted by various mountain ranges.
  16. Within the valley, South Mountain Park provides a more than adequate pla
  17. to satisfy any need you might have to climb. Traffic is very minimal
  18. and posted limits are 15 mph (I think). Sorry I don't have any numbers
  19. for you. Next time your in Tempe, give South Mountain Park a try. It's
  20. only 10 - 20 minutes away depending on where you are in Tempe. There's
  21. some great mountain biking in the park as well. If you need directions
  22. or would like more info, here are some of the better bike shops in tempe
