  13. There's no law that says a transcontinental ride has to be done in one year. 
  14. Two experienced male cyclists, in their 50s, are seeking companions for an 
  15. unsupported tour this coming summer.  We will follow the BikeCentennial 
  16. Northern Tour route from Anacortes, Washington, over the Cascades, and 
  17. through Glacier/Waterton International Park and on through Montana, North 
  18. Dakota and Minnesota.  The plan is to ride unsupported, mostly camping with 
  19. an occasional motel stay.  We expect to average 85 miles per day, making it 
  20. about a 25 day ride.  We will start sometine during the second half of June,
  21. but have not yet set a firm date.  Ideally, we would like to have a group of 
  22. 4 to 6 persons.  If there are two more from the Midwest we'll rent a van to 
  23. get to Anacortes.
