  24. The appropriate person to address is USCF Executive Director Jerry
  25. Lace, though the prinicipal author of the categorization guidelines is
  26. his associate, John Tarbert and much of the input reportedly came from
  27. the coaching staff, led by Jiri Mainus.

  29. P.S.  As a couple of people have politely pointed out to me, some of
  30. the supposedly six place points schedules given in the guidelines have
  31. points to only five places, which was caused by my lazy fingers.
  32. The six place point schedules should read: 7, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1.
