- This post made me think...I've heard nothing but good things about
- clipless systems, except for the beef that some systems are a little
- slow to get in and out of in city traffic. The post seems to indicate
- that there's a chance of getting used to doing things you couldn't do
- with clips - perhaps analagous to the way doing all your indoor winter
- riding on a windtrainer tends to let careless technique seep in (you
- want some time on rollers). I'm just speculating, haven never ridden a
- clipless system. Anyone have any experience/comments on this?
