  17. Oh wow!  First bicyclists shave legs in anticipation of crashing and
  18. now they dress like clowns to avoid getting crashed.  By this kind
  19. of logic I could explain almost any unconventional behavior or
  20. appearance.  I doubt, however, that punk skateboard types would
  21. stoop to such excuses for their appearance.
