  14. Regarding the rec.aviation anecdote which wound up in IFR Magazine:

  16. I can sure see both sides to this issue, but I think I'd have a hard
  17. time criticizing IFR too harshly.  Any posting on the Internet is, to
  18. me, the equivalent of spray painting on a billboard and signing your
  19. name.  The content of the message becomes public domain as soon as it
  20. leaves your fingers.

  22. From the wording of the posting, perhaps the issue is not so much 
  23. whether the "lift" was ethical as whether the editor went back on an
  24. earlier commitment.  That's another matter.
