  12. At the moment GM offers the SPA performance package for Camaros and
  13. Firebirds upping the performance by about 50Hp. The modifications are
  14. fairly simple -intake side exhaust side type mods.

  16. How about the Mustang GT? Is the GT transmission limited, that is,
  17. can it be stressed over a max. torque of 310ft.lbs ? I saw ads for
  18. Vortex and Paxton superchargers for the GTs, EPA legal, but what about
  19. the drive train? Paxton claimed a peak torque of 450ft.lbs, that is 
  20. 45% increase over the factory rated torque of the tranny. Seems to me
  21. the tranny will just simply evaporate as soon as you hit the accelerator
  22. the first time ...
