  12. Has anyone had experience in changing the fuel filter in a 1990 Subaru
  13. Justy, with a carb?  The manual has a diagram showing it by the fuel
  14. filler,(inside the left rear interior side panel), but in the
  15. documentation, it says it is in the engine compartment.
  16. The manual also says that it is under pressure, and should only be changed
  17. by the dealer.  I have searched all over the engine compartment, and briefly
  18. behind the interior panel where the fuel filler is located.  Does anyone
  19. know where the fuel filter is located?  BTW I have a Fram filter, the one that
  20. was listed in their catalog as the replacement.
