- Hi All,
-
- I recently bought a Pheonix Gold AX-406A Electronic Crossover and
- i have a question about one of its features.
-
- The terminal connector has four inputs. One for:
- - 12v +
- - ground
- - remote turn on lead
- and
- - Delayed Remote Turn-On Output
-
- The instructions say "Connect to all other signal processors
- remote turn-on input terminal. This connection delays the turn-on/off
- of connected components. This delay helps eliminate on/off thump
- caused by brand incompatibility."
-
- My questions are:
-
- Is this feature something that is normally found on a crossover? Should
- i use it? If i do use it, what would be the procedure for connecting
- more than one amp (specifically two)?
-
- BTW, where is J.C. Hamlin & Robert Lau. I haven`t seen any post from
- these guys in a while!
- .
