  56. I would tend to doubt that the holodeck would allow a woman to get pregnant
  57. by a person produced by the holodeck because of the holodeck safeguards
  58. would not allow this.  This will also answer the other question as to how
  59. one could get hurt.  This can occur because of the malfuctioning of the
  60. safeguards.  The matter is is not just a hologram, but uses the technology
  61. of the transporter and sheilds to make the matter "real".
