  17.     Racuous ravens,
  18.     I politely sit and wait
  19.     For the opening I need
  20.     To leave my in-laws.

  22.     If it weren't for the window,
  23.     My imaginary escape,
  24.     The squawking would never cease
  25.     And my head would never settle.
  26.  
  27.     Sometimes, looking out the window,
  28.     I take a broom to them.
  29.     "Squawk squawk squawk!" they go,
  30.     And flutter all about.

  32.     But always they settle
  33.     And the noise begins again.
  34.     Thank God for the setting sun,
  35.     And a chance to leave.
