-
- Implausibility can not possibly be a defense. Any lawyer even trying that
- one in court would be chucked out on his ear. And the poison business does
- trouble me. We, the omniscient viewing audience, know that death was the
- result of a heart condition. But as far as the court was concerned, death
- WAS caused by poison administered with the rag stuffed into the victim's
- mouth. The only expert called to the stand to testify on this subject left
- no impression of any other possibility.
-
- Therefore, the victim WAS poisoned. Since the Colonel only admitted to
- ordering a code red, not a murder, the two marines are still guilty of
- murder.

- >All in all, a good film.
-
- I still have to agree with that assessment, as long as you check your brain
- at the door, and go with the flow.
