  24. Implausibility can not possibly be a defense.  Any lawyer even trying that
  25. one in court would be chucked out on his ear.  And the poison business does
  26. trouble me.  We, the omniscient viewing audience, know that death was the
  27. result of a heart condition.  But as far as the court was concerned, death
  28. WAS caused by poison administered with the rag stuffed into the victim's 
  29. mouth.  The only expert called to the stand to testify on this subject left
  30. no impression of any other possibility.

  32. Therefore, the victim WAS poisoned.  Since the Colonel only admitted to
  33. ordering a code red, not a murder, the two marines are still guilty of 
  34. murder.

  39. at the door, and go with the flow.
