  27. particularly among the educated and those of comfortable finances,

  43. No, it is *not* a fantasy and I didn't say it was.

  45. There is a LOT of waste in public schools, and that
  46. is at the heart of the problem.

  48. What I claim is that the *prevalent* fantasy -- about
  49. "liberals with social agendas" being the ones at fault --
  50. is blinding the public to the actual nature of the
  51. waste of resources, thus preventing solutions from occurring.
