  33. I strongly doubt that anyone disagrees with you on this point. Surely this
  34. principle extends to people who've been participants a long time as well
  35. as to those who have just arrived. And long-time participants should feel
  36. free to disagree with newcomers' postings, right? Unfortunately,
  37. disagreements may result in some people's being intimidated.
