  13. Anything by Louis L'Amour.  Also, I enjoyed the Wagons West series and the 
  14. White Indian series (I believe the authors were Dana Fuller Ross and 
  15. William Porter, but not necessarily respectively).  For more pulpy stuff 
  16. (although fun), try the Longarm series.
