  19. So he was the Vice-Presidnet elect, not the actual VP.  Since the official
  20. publication date is 1993 though, he would have been VP not VP-elect.

  26. Well, I guess I meant THEY not HE.  However, since some states DO vote for
  27. VP he doesn't "just come with the package."
