- You don't need to take any vitamins. In fact, adding zinc can create scar
- tissue which you don't want. As long as you eat reasonably healthy you're
- fine. Your body will sort itself out... you don't need to do anything extra.

-
- The only sensitivity I experienced were in the first couple of weeks. Don't
- go run and do bench presses. In other words, just be sensible. With ball
- closure rings, since I sleep on my stomach, they occassionaly flipped in the
- other direction which wasn't very nice at first. Also, don't get dirty hands
- or any mouths near them for a LONG time. After mine had healed (2-3 months)
- they became sorely infected after contact with saliva.

-
- I was rather naive and bought Hibiclens for my first piercings (nipples).
- The last thing you need on a piercing is a SURGICAL SCRUB. You don't need
- any kind of cleanser much less a scrub. They do more harm than good.
- Simple bath water is more than enough. I've just come back from Britain
- where piercings are much more commonplace than New York and I find Americans
- are just so anal retentive about hygenic issues!
-
- But anyway... enjoy!
