  14. I have a general quesiton open to the net.  Why is it that in 
  15. most of the Japanese Animation begining music and ending music
  16. there are english phrases to be found there?
  17. Most of the lyrics are in Japanese, but now and then an english
  18. phrase can be heard sung by the vocalist.

  20. Is this a fad?  An accepted procedure for Japanese song writers
  21. in ANIME?  I was just wondering what the answer is for those of you
  22. who are better able to answer this.
