  46. Darold, while I agree that it is not necessary to have experience in a 
  47. con department to run it well, it would be nice if some of AX's 
  48. department heads had experience.

  50. Albert's post implied that they had an experienced staff. This is not, 
  51. IMO, the case, and I could not let that assetion go unchallenged.

  53. And, yes, for a con to run smoothly, the concom needs to be experienced, 
  54. at least to the degree that they understand what it is that they need to 
  55. accomplish. Am I claiming that AX is going to be an unmitigated disaster 
  56. because it doesn't have an experienced staff. No, I am not. But there 
  57. will be problems which arise from the staff inexperience, and if AX's 
  58. senior concom refuses to admit that it'll be a problem, then it has the 
  59. potential to be a BIG problem.
