- In the manga, there are several scenes where it is clear that Akane is
- sexually attracted to Madoka. The most obvious example is in
- "Kiken-na Futari", hardcover volume 7 page 156. Another good example
- is in "Mokugekisha Akane", volume 5 page 72. Funny how both times she
- wakes up to find Kyousuke next to her.

- There is a story where she spurns another girl, though. In "Koi no
- Bus Stop!", starting on volume 8 page 69, Akane pretends Kyousuke is
- her boyfriend to lose a female admirer because she wants only Madoka.
