  17. They're a European group hierarchy that you shouldn't be seeing except for
  18. crossposted articles.  If your spool disk is getting flooded with this
  19. stuff, complain to the international backbone site that's passing it on to
  20. you.

  22. There is no justification for the continued existence of the "eunet" groups
  23. if they're reaching the whole planet, since all but one just replicate
  24. groups in worldwide hierarchies with the aim of reducing bandwidth.  If we
  25. can't do anything to stop this excessive distribution, let's get rid of the
  26. lot.
