  16. We (2 males) are looking for a third to share a beautiful 3 bedroom
  17. apartment in Belmont (MA).  The apartment is half of a two-family
  18. house located in a nice neighborhood near the intersection of
  19. Cambridge, Watertown, and Belmont.  We're 1 1/2 blocks from the T (bus
  20. #73 -- Waverly) and it is just under 10 minutes to Harvard Square.

  22. The house was recently built, and thus everything is modern and works
  23. well.  All amenities included -- dishwasher, washer/dryer, garbage
  24. disposal, fireplace, hardwood floors throughout, etc.  2 bathrooms.
  25. Gas cooking and heating (no running out of oil in the winter!).
  26. Storage space in (non-shared) basement.  There's even parking.  The
  27. place is completely furnished, except for the open bedroom.

  29. We are both professionals in the 20-30 age range, and we'd prefer a
  30. graduate student or working professional, or a mature undergraduate.

  32. Rent is $400/month plus utilities.  A security deposit of $400 is
  33. required.  No pets or smoking (landlord's rules).
